New England
Wednesday, April 16, 2008
Since I have this cool new way to speak and have pretty much full disclosure, I feel it is time to explain a few things to my beloved fans!
New England was first established n 1620 at Plymouth. Yes, that's right the pilgrims. It is actually safe to say that most of you have some sort of connection to the New England area and would be kidding yourselves to deny this! New York does not belong to this region as Red Sox Nation would not allow their participation (see Ruth act of 1918). After the new millennium occurred, there was an explosion of championship teams that arose. Boston College has won 2 National hockey titles, the Patriots have won 3 Super Bowls, the Red Sox have won 2 World Series, and the Celtics are gearing up for an 18th title this summer.
So anytime you need a boost in your life, open up your Bible for an uplifting word from God (always first) and then go to the local sports store and buy a Red Sox cap. It is a guaranteed boost in confidence. AMEN
So let me get this straight. New England is an area...is that right? It is not a town, like Chicago, and it is not a state like New York but rather it is an area? Sounds a little fishy if you ask me.
